I recall the gallon teapots on the galley tables of Boarding
school.. you know what the secret was... the water! They had their
own wells... soft water is essential!

my brother is a marathon runner - really fit - lots of yoga -
would only use soya milk until I asked him about genetically
modified soya :) back to the drawing board! Freaked!
think I heard that alright - problem is its Methane they produce
which is one of the nasty green house gases... thats also what will
be release from Siberia and the "perma frost" melt...
